Working closely with the city or region, we identify sustainability focus area that matches its vision, businesses, and institutions for a successful partnership.

The next step is to identify the challenges and opportunities

That will arise from implementing sustainable practices in the identified growth area. This is achieved by creating a strong local implementation group consisting of representatives from the city, local businesses, knowledge institutions, and individuals. Through events and roundtables, we engage with these stakeholders and work to understand the unique challenges and opportunities posed by the growth area.

Forming the Implementation Hub

The city dedicates a physical or digital space or zone specifically for the Hub. This space becomes the central location for all sustainability initiatives in the growth area, and it's where businesses, knowledge institutions, and individuals can come together to drive sustainability forward in the city or region.

Finally, we initiate the Bridging program

which focuses on communication campaigns and matchmaking solutions that target both national plans and international partnerships. We work with cities and organizations in the Nordic region that share the focus area of the Implementation Hub. Terms and conditions are established for international solutions participating in the program to ensure that all ventures are aligned with the Hub's goals, and partnerships with like-minded organizations are established. This ensures the sustainability initiatives in the Implementation Hub become integrated into the network of global sustainable practices, creating a lasting impact on the city or region and the world.
